Budgeloom Support

Answers to common questions, and a way to reach us if you cannot sign in to the app.

Common questions

Does Budgeloom connect to my bank?

No. You enter your own income, spending and bills. Budgeloom never asks for bank or card credentials and never moves money.

How do I get help while signed in?

Open Budgeloom and go to Help. Requests sent from the app are linked to your account, so you can follow replies there. If you want our staff to look at your budgeting records for a case, you can grant Support Access in the app and turn it off at any time.

I can't sign in. What can I do?

On the sign-in screen, use “Forgot password?” to receive a reset link. If you signed up with Google, use “Continue with Google”. If you still can't get in, send us a help request below, or use “Trouble signing in? Get help” on the app's sign-in screen.

Where is my data stored, and can I export it?

On your device and, while you are signed in, in your private cloud account so it syncs between your devices. You can export your records as CSV files in the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app (Profile → Account → Permanently delete account), or on our Delete account page without the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions bought through Google Play are managed in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). Budgeloom cannot cancel them for you.

Can’t sign in? Ask for help

Use this form for sign-in and account access problems. It creates a support case for our team; we never ask for your password. If you can sign in, please use Help in the app instead.

Usually the address of your Budgeloom account. Entering it does not sign you in or change anything.

Never include your password, verification codes, or card or bank details.

Email

Email us at support@budgeloom.com. Never send your password, codes or financial details by email. Signed-in users can also contact us from the app (Profile → Help).
